New York State Thruway (Rockland County, New York City, Upstate New York)
Take NYS Thruway to Exit 16 (Harriman). Continue on Route 17 West to Exit 127. At stop sign, continue straight to light. At light, follow signs to Sugar Loaf and Warwick on Kings Highway (County Rt. 13). At light in Warwick, turn left on Route 94 through Village and then right at 3rd traffic light on to CR-1. Continue for 5.9 miles and turn left on Feagles Road, then right onto Annabelle Lane.

Route 287 / Route 23 (Western and Central New Jersey)
Exit Route 287 to access Route 23 North: Take ramp and continue on Route 23 through 3 traffic lights. Exit Route 23 at light (Echo Lake Road). Turn right and continue to end of Echo Lake Road. At blinker light turn left onto Macopin Road (West Milford). Continue on Macopin Road to end.

Bear right onto Union Valley Road, West Milford. Go to the second traffic light and turn left (this is a continuation of Union Valley Road). Continue about 2 miles and bear left at fork. (There is a Garden Center on left). This is now White Road. Go to stop sign and turn left. This is Greenwood Lake Turnpike which becomes Warwick Turnpike. Follow to a “T”. Turn right onto Route 94. Turn left at 1st traffic light onto County Route 1 toward Pine Island. Turn left on Feagles Road, then right onto Annabelle Lane.

Route 17 North (Northern New Jersey)
Follow signs to New York State Thruway North and Exit 15A – Sloatsburg. Take ramp to light and turn left at light. You are now heading towards Tuxedo.

Continue on 17N to the intersection with overhead sign for Sterling Forest (Route 17A). At this light go up ramp and turn left. Continue on 17A and follow the signs to Warwick. In the Village of Warwick you will come to a “T” (facing Warwick Valley Country Club) – Route 94. Turn left on 94 and and then right at 1st traffic light on to CR-1. Continue for 5.9 miles and turn left on Feagles Road, then right onto Annabelle Lane.
